Can I make my own recording of oral proceedings?
No. Parties to proceedings, their representatives and members of the public attending oral proceedings are forbidden from making video or audio recordings of the proceedings. The live transmission of oral proceedings by participants is also strictly prohibited (see Article 1(2) of OJ EPO 2025, A32 and Guidelines for Examination E-III, 10.1).
