How does the EPO ensure that oral proceedings before examining divisions remain non-public?

Article 116(3) EPC stipulates that oral proceedings before the Receiving Section, the examining divisions and the Legal Division are not public. We have taken all possible steps to ensure that what is discussed during oral proceedings remains non-public when such proceedings are audio recorded using the Zoom platform (see here for further information) and AI is used to support the minuting of the proceedings.
