Can accompanying persons join the VICO for only a part of the oral proceedings, or are they required to be continually present?
Accompanying persons speaking during the oral proceedings should preferably be present at the beginning of the proceedings. If this is not possible, the representative should inform the division as soon as possible that an accompanying person will join the VICO later.
Accompanying persons not speaking during the oral proceedings may attend a part of the VICO as long as they do not disrupt the proceedings. If they are not present at the beginning of the proceedings, they will be admitted at the latest during a break.
