How do I contact the support team if I encounter difficulties during the exam?

To contact the invigilator, you must use the integrated chat widget that appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen once you are in the lockdown browser. 

The invigilator can also contact you via the chat widget. 

The chat widget is present in the first tab (editor tab) and remains active when you are on another tab.

If you cannot enter the flow and the chat widget is unavailable, you can call the EPAC helpdesk number, which will be shared with enrolled candidates before the exam.

Communication via email will not be dealt with.
