Can I search in the text displayed in the tabs of the browser?

Irrespective of the operating system, you can search the text of the main examination papers, which are opened in a separate tab of the lockdown browser. This search makes use of the built in search function of the browser’s pdf viewer.

An additional search function is available for searching texts (html and other) displayed in tabs of the browser. However, this search function depends on the operating system. Further information can be found via: Lockdown Browser: Tools and Features.

It remains candidates’ responsibility and choice to use a Windows computer or a Mac. No rights may be inferred from choosing one or the other system to take the examination.
