I already have an active automatic debiting order for my application. Do I need to change anything after 1 April 2025?
All automatic debit orders validly filed before 1 April 2025 will remain active and cover all EP fees. If you wish to keep this automatic debit order type you do not have to do anything.
If you wish to exclude renewal fees from your automatic debit order or if you wish to cover only renewal fees you need to revoke the existing automatic debit order in Central Fee Payment, and submit a new automatic debit order covering the fee type of your choice via Central Fee Payment or OLF2.0.
Please note that automatic debit orders for renewal fees only, can only be requested in Central Fee Payment (see questions X and Y for the fee types available).
