I am already a registered user of Central Fee Payment. Do I need to create a new account to claim refunds online?
No, you can use your existing account and sign-in credentials to claim refunds online. But if you want to be able to claim refunds directly in Central Fee Payment, i.e. without first having received two letters from us (an advice of refund and a refund code), you’ll need to use two-factor authentication and be a registered user of MyEPO Portfolio and Mailbox.
Please always check in Central Fee Payment under Refunds, Claim refund without refund code whether you can claim the refund directly. If so, you don’t need a refund code.
