I did not receive a refund code. What should I do?
Please check your notification letter.
- No refund code needed: If the letter indicates that you can claim your refund directly, sign in to Central Fee Payment (CFP), go to Refunds and select Claim refund without refund code.
Note: Only the representative responsible for the application can claim the refund by default. - Refund code needed: If a refund code is required but you have not received it in a second letter, please contact us.
