Where can I claim a refund online?
You can do this in Central Fee Payment. To claim refunds directly, i.e. without first having received two letters from us (an advice of refund and a refund code), you’ll need to sign in to Central Fee Payment using two-factor authentication and be a registered user of MyEPO and Mailbox.
Please always check in Central Fee Payment under Refunds, Claim refund without refund code whether you can claim the refund directly. If so, you don’t need a refund code.
