Why has my refund not been credited yet?
- Deposit account holders: No refund instruction was submitted upon filing. To receive future refunds on your deposit account, you need to submit a refund instruction via OLF 2.0. See OJ EPO 2024, A23.
- Bank account refunds may take up to one week. Deposit account refunds appear within a few working days under Transactions.
- Check all eligible bank and deposit accounts and confirm whether a refund has been received with the person responsible for refunds in your organisation.
- Refunds can only be claimed after you receive the notification letter. Please check whether you have received this letter.
- If the representative has changed, the previous representative may need to claim the refund and transfer it to you.
- Refunds are no longer credited if they date back more than four years from the end of the calendar year in which the right arose (see Article 13 (Termination of financial obligations) of the Rules relating to Fees).
