What will be considered the payment date?

The payment date, or booking date, is the date your payment is received in the EPO bank account (Article 7(1) RFees). The order date of the payment is irrelevant.

This remains the case for SEPA instant credit transfers, where the receipt, or booking date, in the EPO bank account may be delayed if the payment is made outside banking hours, in line with the “Verfahrensregeln SEPA-Echtzeitüberweisungen für sonstige Kontoinhaber ohne BLZ” of the Deutsche Bundesbank Eurosystem.
