What is an EPO Account?

An EPO account is an account you use to sign in to EPO online services. You sign in using an email address and password (in combination these are the default authentication method). For our secure services, you use an email address and password (the default authentication method) plus at least one other authentication method. This is called two-factor authentication. Alternatively, you can use an EPO smart card, but support for this option will cease at the end of 2024.
