I wish to submit an electronically signed document regarding a transfer of rights or a licence. How can I do so?

Contracts and declarations submitted as evidence to support requests for registration of a transfer of rights under Rules 22 and 85 EPC and Rule 20(2)(b) UPR and requests for registration of a licence or other rights under Rule 23 EPC and Rule 20(2)(b) UPR may be filed via Online Filing, Online Filing 2.0 or MyEPO. The EPO accepts facsimile, text string and digital signatures (see Guidelines for the Examination in the EPO, E‑XIV, 3 and OJ EPO 2024, A17 and A18).
