What will I be able to see under Applications and patents?

You will see the active European patent applications that you represent as a representative or self-representing applicant. New applications will be displayed once the filing fee has been received and the formalities check is completed. Applications will be visible until all proceedings before the EPO concerning the applications are ended, including any opposition or appeal proceedings. European patents with unitary effect will be visible until they lapse or expire.
