What should I do if I change company?
First update your EPO account settings to change the email address associated with your EPO account and:
- ensure continuous access to the new email address, especially if it's used for two-factor authentication
- consider having at least two backup methods for two-factor authentication to mitigate the risk of losing access to your old email account
Next, inform your company administrator to remove you as a member of your old company. Once removed, sign in to MyEPO Portfolio and proceed to update your account with details of the new company you are joining.
