My Mailbox is linked to company A but I’m moving to company B. I request a change of address in my representative profile. Will my Mailbox automatically be linked to company B?

No. Changes made to the representative profile will not automatically change your Mailbox settings.

Please contact the company administrator of company A to remove you as a company member, and sign in to MyEPO Portfolio to link your account to company B.  Please then ask the company administrator of company B to accept you as a company member and set up your mailbox as a recipient.
