Can all members of an association of representatives see the files for which the association has been appointed as representative?
Yes, members of an association can see the documents in the files that make up the portfolio of applications for which their association is appointed as representative, provided that their EPO account is linked to the association's MyEPO company.
For this reason, it is crucial that EPO records on membership of associations are kept up to date. In MyEPO, you can quickly and easily do this online. Alternatively, you can use EPO Form 52305 (Request for changes relating to an association of professional representatives).
