I want to file Form Euro-PCT (1200E2K), but the international application is not yet published. How do I request early processing and enter the number of pages if I do not plan to introduce amendments upon entry into the regional phase?

In the above scenario, the calculation of page fees is based on how many pages there are in the documents you filed with the receiving Office. You should select the checkbox International application as published and enter the number of pages indicated in the original filing to the receiving Office in the field Number of pages. The EPO will check that the number of pages has been indicated correctly and that the correct fees have been paid once it receives the documents from WIPO under Article 20 PCT.
