Can I request a refund to someone else’s deposit account?

Short answer: yes, you may indicate a deposit account held by a third party.

Important: the refund instructions must be submitted by a party to the proceedings, e.g. the applicant or their representative.

If a third party submits the refund instructions:

• The instructions will be ignored.
