Where can I find information on the status of European patent applications/patents?
The European Patent Register contains all the publicly available information on European patent applications and Euro-PCT applications as they pass through the grant procedure, including oppositions, patent attorney/EPO correspondence and more. Post grant information is also available for European patents with unitary effect in the Unitary Patent section of the Register. If a European patent with unitary effect has not been requested, post grant information can be accessed via deep links to the national office registers from the EP Legal status or EP Federated register view. This service also provides for public file inspection.
