Can I claim priority for an application filed in Taiwan, Province of China?

Yes. Since Taiwan, Province of China joined the World Trade Organisation (WTO) in 2002, the priority of a Taiwanese application can be claimed for international applications in WTO member states and vice versa. Priority can also be claimed in countries which have reciprocity agreements with Taiwan, Province of China.
