Are PATLIB centres branch offices of the EPO?

No. PATLIB centres are members of their national network of patent information centres.

They are located at different host organisations such as National Patent Offices, universities, research institutes, chambers of commerce or city libraries. However, the PATLIB network is steered by the EPO.
