Are credentials the same for all paid products?

No, the credentials differ because the products are hosted on different platforms.

The password to use depends on the service.

  • BDDS products (PATSTAT Global, PATSTAT EP Register, national full-text data) → EPO account password
  • PISE products (Global Patent Index, PATSTAT Online) → separate password provided
  • OPS → separate password provided

The end-user email address to use to log in is the one specified in the order form for each product.
