Can I change or cancel my order later?

  • If you need to update invoice or end-user details before payment, please submit a new order and use the new invoice number as the reference for the bank transfer.
  • Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled at the end of the year.
  • Once payment is received, invoice and access details are generated automatically and cannot be changed.
