1. Rule 24 EPC provides a comprehensive and self-sufficient system in accordance with which the EPO can determine the date of filing of a European patent application, wherever (in accordance with Article 75(1) EPC) it is filed.
2. Nothing in the EPC admits of the possibility of applying a provision of any national law to the determination of the date of filing of a European patent application.
