ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to maintain the patent in accordance with the following:
- claims 1 to 16 of the main request filed with letter of 29 April 2002,
- pages 2 to 6 of the description as filed in the oral proceedings and pages 7 to 16 of the description as granted and
- Figures 1 to 56 as granted.
