6. The subject-matter of claims 2 to 5 and 7 to 9, which are dependent on claims 1 and 6, is thereby also considered as being new and involving an inventive step. ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant a patent in the version requested by the appellant, namely:
