ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The request for adjournment is rejected.
3. The case is remitted to the First Instance with the order to maintain the patent with the following documents:
- claims 1 to 25 filed during the oral proceedings
- description, columns 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 13, 14, 17 and 18 as filed during the oral proceedings
- columns 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16 and figures 1 to 9 as granted.
