ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant a patent with the following documents:
(a) claims 1 to 8 (request submitted at the oral proceedings);
(b) description: pages 1 to 3, 3a, 7, 10, 12-16 filed with letter dated 30 April 2002, pages 4-6, 8, 9, 11, 17 as originally filed;
(c) 1-6 and 8 as originally filed, 7 filed with letter of 30 April 2002.
3. The request for reimbursement of the appeal fee is refused.
