ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The application is remitted to the department of first instance with the order to grant a patent on the basis of claims 1-5 of the sole request filed on 7 October 2011, the description pages 1, 5, 7 and 9-19 as originally filed, pages 2 and 2a as filed on 5 September 2006, pages 3, 4, 6 and 8 as filed on 7 October 2011, and the drawing sheets 1 to 21 as filed with a letter dated 22 December 2003.
