Order
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the department of first instance with the order to grant a patent on the basis of the following application documents:

- description: page 1 filed with the letter dated 18 December 2007, pages 1a and 2 to 4 filed with the letter dated 4 April 2013, and pages 5 and 6 of the application as filed; and
