For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the department of first instance with the order to maintain the patent on the basis of:
- claims 1 to 12 of the main request filed during the oral proceedings;
- description: pages 1, 2, 4, 6 and 7 of the patent as granted and pages 3 and 5 filed during oral proceedings on 19 June 2013 (18:02); and
- drawing sheets 1 to 11 of the patent as granted.
