For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the opposition division with the order to maintain the patent in amended form based on claims 1 to 12 of auxiliary request 5 as filed with the patent proprietor's statement of grounds of appeal on 15 July 2024, the description (columns 1 to 7) as filed in the oral proceedings before the Board on 4 March 2026, and the drawings of the patent specification.
