ORDER
For these reasons, it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant a European patent on the basis of the following documents:
Claims 1 to 7 filed on 15 June 1985 and headed "second set of new claims ..."; description, pages 1 to 8 filed on 15 June 1985 with the word "substantially" deleted on page 2, line 24 and page 4, line 7, and the spelling of the word "permanent" corrected at line 5 of page 1; drawings: sheets 1 to 4 as originally filed.
