ORDER
For these reasons, it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The application is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant a European patent on the basis of the following documents:

Pages 1, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 16, 19 as originally filed (as published),
