ORDER
For these reasons, it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant a European patent on the basis of the following documents:
2.1. Pages 1, 1a, 6 filed on 23.10.86,
Pages 2, 3, 7 to 9, 12 to 15 and 17 to 37 as originally filed,
Pages 4, 5, 5a, 10, 11, 16 and 38 filed on 28 July 1988, subject to the following amendments of clerical errors:
