ORDER
For these reasons, it is decided that:
1. The decision of the Examining division of 10 May 1989 is set aside.
2. The file is sent to the first instance with the order to grant a patent on the basis of the following documents:
the three main Claims 1, 17 and 22 filed during the oral proceedings, and the Claims 2-16, 18-21 and 23-27 filed with letter dated 4 September 1990; the description as originally filed and amended during the oral proceedings by filing new pages 3, 4, 6, 11, 31 and 32 replacing the original pages 3, 4, 6, 11, 31 and 32; the drawing sheets 1/11-11/11 as originally filed.
