ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant a patent on the basis of
Claims 1 and 2 according to the auxiliary request and the corresponding adapted description (pages 1, 2 + insert sheet for page 2, 2a, 3 to 12) both filed during the oral proceedings, and Figures 1 to 7 of the drawings as originally filed.
