ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the Examining Division with the order to grant a patent on the basis of the following version:
Claims 1 to 5 and description pages 1 to 4, 7 to 10 and 13. filed with the submission dated 24 September 1998 (there are no pages 11 and 12), and
description pages 5 and 6 as originally filed.
