2Translation requirements |
A translation of the claims into Swedish must be supplied under the conditions provided for in Art. 65(1) EPC. No further requirements if the European patent has been granted in English. If the European patent has been granted in French or German, a translation of the description into English must be supplied under the conditions provided for in Art. 65(1) EPC. 9Special features |
The number of the European patent, the title of the invention and the name and address of the patent proprietor must accompany the translation. The translation must be accompanied by a copy of the drawings in the EP specification even where there is no textual matter. The drawings are considered part of the description. Neither the abstract nor any sequence listings need to be translated. § 60 PD |
