Online Filing software – new update now available

The EPO is pleased to inform users of its Online Filing software that a new update for Version 5.14 (build 5.0.14.183 or lower) is now available for download.

Users who prefer not to install it will, however, still be able to file online without any adverse procedural effects. 

New features and minor functional changes

• UP 7038: European patent with unitary effect – letter accompanying subsequently filed documents
• Minor technical corrections and fixes

EP procedures:

• New document type for EP 1038: Request to delay issuing the decision to grant a European patent, see OJ EPO 2022, A102 and A104
