Streams consist of a series of short presentations, highlighting different points of view on a certain topic. Experts and users will share their experiences and there will be plenty of room for discussions and questions. The streams will be running in parallel.

Stream 1: Chinese IP courts - recent improvements

Along with background information, this stream will shed light on current progress in the area of IP courts in China. An expert from European industry and a Chinese patent attorney will share their first-hand insights. Furthermore, we will see how to retrieve IP judgments and related information online.
