The registration fee covers the whole online conference. For cancellations received up to 28 days before the start of the event, the fee will be refunded in full. After that, it is not refundable.
Please note: The registration is handled via XING SE but there is no need to have a XING profile.

The payment process will be handled by XING SE on behalf of the European Patent Office. The registration fee can either be paid by credit card or PayPal.
To attend this online event you need a computer or mobile device with a high-speed internet connection. To take advantage of all Zoom features, we recommend installing the Zoom desktop client app on your computer or device (Windows and Mac versions available). However, if using a computer, you can access Zoom from your web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Chromium (Microsoft) Edge) without downloading any additional software. To join via mobile device, simply download the Zoom mobile app for your iOS or Android device from the App Store or Google Play Store.
We recommend using a headset to enhance your Zoom experience.
A few days before the online conference you will receive the Zoom link to join the event by e-mail.
