For cancellations received up to 28 days before the start of the event, the fee will be refunded in full. After that, it is not refundable.

The payment process will be handled by XING SE on behalf of the European Patent Office. The registration fee can either be paid by credit card or PayPal.
To attend this online event participants need a computer with a browser and a high‑speed internet connection. The EPO uses Cisco WebEx, which requires the installation of some WebEx software on your computer. Security settings on local firewalls will need to be checked. For more information please see the VC guidelines for participants. To get the most from the online sessions, we recommend using a headset.
