18, 21, 22 and 23 November 2022 

The IP Business clinics (IPB clinics) at the 2022 High-growth technology business forum are being organised by the European Patent Academy of the European Patent Organisation and by Licensing Executives Society International.

These virtual IPB clinics are a chance for SMEs needing IP-related business advice to get one-to-one mentoring from IP professionals or "mentors". They are aimed particularly at R&D and innovation experts and managers as well as other "beneficiaries", including business decision-makers, startup founders and investors. The sessions are confidential and enable beneficiaries to get advice on their IP-related questions and needs, helping them define the scope of their projects and identify possible IP management bottlenecks. Operational guidance on successful IP strategies will also be offered.

We will be using a mentor/beneficiary matchmaking tool:

• Invited mentors will register and create their IP expertise profiles and add their availability and timetable.
• Beneficiaries can register and create their profiles and enter their IP-related needs and questions.
• Beneficiaries can also select their preferred mentors for the one-to-one mentoring sessions.
• We will then match mentors with beneficiaries as best we can.
