Users of Korean patent information are again invited to participate in a customer satisfaction survey on the Korean Patent Abstracts (KPA). The survey is conducted by the Korea Institute of Patent Information (KIPI) from 1 to 15 June 2017.
In the survey, users can make statements about the quality, the most important features of the abstracts as well as the main purpose for using KPA in daily business. The survey also offers space for further comments or suggestions for improvements.
According to KIPI, all answers to the survey will be treated confidentially.
