Online Fee Payment – problems with the statement of account

We are currently experiencing a problem in Online Fee Payment, where the Account History tab is not showing transactions booked in the last 90 days. As a consequence, it is impossible to retrieve statements for that period.

The EPO is working to fix this problem as quickly as possible, and will keep users informed of developments.

In the meantime, the following workaround is recommended:

To retrieve statements for transactions booked in the last 90 days, go to the Deposit Account tab, select the Transactions view, enter the required dates, then click Search followed by the PDF button.  

You can save or print the resulting PDF statement.
