EPO website

The EPO periodically surveys users of the epo.org website.  

Objectives 

The EPO carries out this survey in order to 

• better understand who uses the epo.org website, how and what for 
• measure satisfaction with the epo.org website as a whole or with services provided via the website 
• obtain feedback for use in current projects 
• identify areas for improvement 

Methodology 

The 2022 survey will be carried out on the EPO's behalf by BERENT Deutschland GmbH. 

Users of the EPO website will be invited to provide their answers in an online survey during a two-week period in September 2022. Depending on the answers provided, follow-up questions may be asked to better understand how a particular service or feature is used or perceived. 

The survey is anonymous and the EPO has no way of tracing answers to individual users.

Frequency

The survey is normally carried out once a year.
