The EPO is
pleased to inform users of its Online Filing software that a new PCT fee update
for Version 5.13 (build 5.0.13.180 or lower) is now available for download.
Users who have
activated the Live Update function will be notified automatically.
The update
contains:
- New features and minor functional

- PCT/RO/101:
- Update of PCT fees, including 1 January 2022 fee
schedules, for
- all EPC contracting states which are also PCT
contracting states
- International Bureau
- PCT Demand
- Update of fees to 1 January 2022 fee schedules
- PCT Subsequently Filed Documents (SFD)
- Update of fees to 1 January 2022 fee
schedules
