The EPO is pleased to inform users of its online filing systems that they can now access Unitary Patent forms in DEMO mode.
Patent applicants and their representatives can now familiarise themselves with the new Unitary Patent features in Online Filing 2.0 and Online Filing. you can practice drafting, signing and sending requests for unitary effect and subsequently filed documents in DEMO mode.
It is still not possible to sign and send these forms in production mode. We will notify users when filing requests becomes available in production mode.
